Musa lives with his father, Beko, in a single-story mud-brick house in the town of Keban, Elazığ. His father, who earns a living as a runner in greyhound and rabbit races, learns from the director of a private rehabilitation center that Musa can receive a disability certificate and thus receive a pension from the state.
