Julia, a young woman on the fringe of society, lives off of petty tricks and has a devouring, almost feral passion for motorcycling. One summer day, she meets a group of bikers. Set in the world of adventurous motorcycle riders, whose illegal urban “rodeos” see them do tricks on their loud machines on empty sections of road until the cops come to chase them away, we follow Julia as she proves herself to the gang. Director-writer Lola Quivoron won with this first feature film a special Coup de Coeur award in Un Certain Regard competition in Cannes in 2022.
